it's been a couple months
since i've worn make-up on a daily basis
over time i've realized
that caking it all on
eye liner
shadow
mascara
simply took away from my face
there's something about that fresh
out of bed
into the shower

out the door look
that suits me better
or maybe i'm just lazy
am i starting to accept myself?

Perhaps, you're simply beautiful as you are
I agree with the above commenter. In my humble opinion, there's nothing more attractive than the "fresh, out-of-the-shower look". Makes me wonder why women spend lots of money on makeup when they look just fine without it
